    Description: Allows users to browse, listen, purchase, and download the entire Magnatune.com catalog right from the phone. As far as I know all songs are licensed under CC By-Nc-Sa.

    The website is down and there is no mention of the license in the source code. There is Magnatune beta in the market, but it is not highly rated. Fortunately there is http://www.magnatune.com/mobile , which works nicely with Servestream.
