I have my eye on this, but it doesn’t seem to be in any way ready to be used yet.
It connects to your ownCloud instance yet (may even work with HTTPS servers, it didn’t for me…) but syncing isn’t finished. If you have some experience, please help with development!
We have also made recent additions to the Android application, including “open with” functionality and a local cache. The latest is in Git, with more to come.
There is no copyright or license information anywhere in the code, unless I’ve missed it.

You could have mentioned that it’s at version 1.3 in the Google Play Store. I trekked over to Gitorious and the source is still at v1.0 there so you’ll have to pay €0.79 if you want version 1.3 as we go by what’s in the source code
OK you are right. Must have been looking at the wrong repo or something.
