We need an easy way of seeing, from the client, what's new in the repo.
We could easily patch this in by just creating a category and manually adding/removing stuff at appropriate times. However, I want to automate it by having an 'added date' (and also 'updated date') along with each app. This is more useful and flexible, and less work in the long run.
To kick this off, a script can easily generate the initial data from the git log. In fact, the script can handle updating it as well.
