Allow donations for apps

Because I'd rather spend my money on open apps and support their development :-)

On the downside, this would probably mean using one of the major payment frameworks and developers signing up there (but since it's not a *requirement* it should probably be OK)

    We already provide direct links (in the client and on the web site) to developer's own donation facilities, where they have them. What does this suggestion add, beyond what already exists?

    Sorry I found the links, I guess I expected them in the main app info page and didn't even try the context menu. Please go ahead and close this issue! :-)
