Aard2 offline wiki and dictionary reader

I noticed my reply went to a post in submission completed but should be here in a new one, because although the name is similar and author and license are the same, it is being treated as different app than the Aard already here.

Name is Aard 2 and isn’t just a new release of Aard but a much better interface and a different, better dictionary format.
